As part of an educational grant, OnePacs is able to allow use of it's PACS free of charge for a limited number of academic / educational facilities. This includes a web-based PACS, unfied work list for multiple facilities and teleradiology modules.
The system allows the following:
-Ability to look at images from anywhere on the internet
-Ability to send links to open anonymized versions of the studies, to ask outside opinions
-QA issue tracking
-Teaching file management/case sharing features
- Unified work list for multiple facilities
- Ability for referring physicians to look at reports and images as soon as they are entered by the radiologist
- Email notification to the referring doctors that the report is available to view on-line
- It can be a tool for taking call, for residents to enter prelim reads, etc.,
